    Antiguan, Chef Calvin Francis.
    Chef Calvin has a Diploma in Culinary Arts and has been working in
    the hospitality industry for over 15 years.
    With a vast knowledge of different cuisine, Calvin is able to design
    any menu you choose. From Cajun, Spa, Vegan Vegetarian, Italian,
    Caribbean, Indian, Asian and much more.

    Calvin has worked in the US for over 8 years at 4 & 5 Star properties
    including Ojai Country Inn and Spa, Fess Parker Wine Country Inn
    and The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, he has also worked with  talented
    chefs in NYC and California.
    With training in Wine, Calvin also has the ability to pair wines with
    foods for your next event.
